2. Order of $3,000 or above can enjoy one time free delivery service to Kowloon, Hong Kong Island or New Territories district. If the order amount is less than the free delivery service requirements, additional charges will be required. (Applicable for large residential estates only and except remote areas and outlying islands)
3. The delivery service will be suspended if the black rainstorm signal, typhoon signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted
4. Delivery time may be delayed due to weather and traffic conditions
5. Please contact our staff at Royal Park Hotel (2694 3920) / Royal Plaza Hotel (2622 6256) / ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL (3653 1119) / Royal Delights (R+) at Mikiki (2865 1868) if you have any food allergies, enquiries or if you would order 3D cakes
6. Neither be reissued, replaced nor purchasing other items
7. Order details will be confirmed by phone or email
8. Changing your order, cancellation or refund is not allowed after confirmation
